Pneumatic nail gun use precautions
1. Maintain stable, suitable air pressure
The size of the air pressure should be based on the material of the nailed object and the size of the nail, set the ideal air pressure to start from low pressure, gradually increase the pressure, until the satisfactory nailing effect is achieved, before using the tool, to check the air pressure, absolutely not exceed the stipulated air pressure, otherwise it may cause the tool to burst, fast nailing must maintain the air pressure required by the nail gun, otherwise insufficient power can not be repeated.
2. The air source must be dry and dust-free ordinary compressed air, and the use of oxygen and any flammable gas is strictly prohibited to avoid accidental injury.
3. When nailing the gun and connecting the air pipe, unless nailing is carried out, do not buckle the plate machine to avoid accidental launch.
4. After each work, be sure to separate the air pressure tube from the tool.
5. When multiple nail guns share a compressor, the capacity of the compressor must match it, otherwise it will cause insufficient air pressure.
