Customer: What is your price terms?
WINSTAR: Normally FOB (Free on Board) for full container loads. We also offer CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) and EXW (Ex Works) pricing for LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments, providing flexible solutions to help optimize your overall procurement and logistics costs.
Customer: What is your payment terms?
WINSTAR: Generally, we require a T/T 30% deposit to initiate production, with the remaining balance to be paid by T/T before shipment, ensuring a secure and transparent transaction process for both parties.
Customer: How can l visit your factory or office?
WINSTAR: We warmly welcome you to visit our factory to inspect our precision stamping and automated welding processes firsthand. Please contact our staff by email or telephone to schedule your visit. We will promptly arrange an appointment and organize transportation to pick you up for business negotiations.
Customer: Can you produce the goods as customer design?
WINSTAR: Absolutely. Leveraging our deep OEM/ODM customization capabilities, we encourage you to send us your designs or samples. Our R&D team will analyze the specifications—from material thickness to specific hole layouts—and calculate the precise cost and unit price for you in the shortest possible time.
Customer: May I get your sample for free?
WINSTAR: Sure, you are entitled to our free sample to physically evaluate the smooth operation and verify the structural durability against SGS/BIFMA standards. Please note that the freight charges should be paid under your freight collected account for our initial cooperation.
Customer: How about the products packing?
WINSTAR: Packing is tailored to accommodate different products and dimensions. We utilize professional export-grade packaging scientifically designed to compress volume and protect the anti-rust finish during transit. We can also customize the packaging methodology entirely according to your specific warehousing or distribution requirements.
